Keep all parts dry in a covered container. If your baby bottle is plastic then you may need to weigh it down with a heavy object. After 1 sterilise with bottles and teats, I notice water still in the base of the microwave steriliser.
Place the feeding equipment in the sterilising solution, making sure it is completely under water and there are no air bubbles. Once a week should be more than adequate to prevent out of control bacteria build up.
Sorry similar question to some of the others but I solely breast feed my baby and use an electric steriliser for her dummies and the dummies individual lids The water never dries from the lids even when putting on a drying rack , if I put the wet lid back on the dummies and use hours later is that still safe as they have been stored damp in a way?
