Select the thumbnail of the slide you want to add notes to. Click the border, and drag up or down to resize the pane. You can use PowerPoint on your smartphone as a remote control to run your presentation and view your speaker notes.
The notes appear in a pane on the right. When you're creating a presentation, you can add speaker notes to refer to later while delivering the slide show in front of an audience. Make sure the device you're using for your presentation supports the use of multiple monitors.

Transfer slides from one presentation to another. The Notes pane will then appear, and you can start typing on the text box.
You may want to print them and review them as you deliver your presentation. Adding speech or presentation notes to your PowerPoint slides is fairly easy.
View your notes while you present If you want to view your notes while you're presenting but make sure your audience only sees what you've put on the slide itself, use presenter view. You can do this by adding speaker or speech notes to your PowerPoint. Get new features first. You can change the look and position of the slide area, notes area, headers, footers, page numbers, and date.
However, if you can avoid printing and just going with a soft copy, then, by all means, do so.

The Notes pane can be resized if the content in it can't all be seen at once. If Presenter view appears on the wrong screen, you can swap the display quickly.
